These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at www.astarr.co.in (the "Website"), and any purchase of goods through the Website. By accessing the Website, creating an account or placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We will ship Goods via the carrier selected at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, force majeure events, or incomplete/incorrect delivery information provided by you.

• Tracking: When available, tracking information will be provided.
• Risk & Title: Risk in Goods passes to you on delivery. Title may remain with Astarr until payment is received in full (as permitted by law).

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our returns and exchange policies are set out in our Return & Exchange Policy. Summary:

• Returns/exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery unless otherwise stated.
• Goods must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
• Sale or discounted items may be subject to different return rules as stated at the time of purchase.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after inspection; processing times depend on payment providers.

This clause does not affect statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. Those sites have separate privacy policies and terms; Astarr is not responsible for their content or practices. Linking does not imply endorsement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and Goods are provided “as is” and Astarr disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, except any non-excludable statutory warranties. Where consumer protection laws do not permit certain disclaimers, those disclaimers will not apply to you.

13. Limitation of Liability

Except for liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law (including personal injury or death caused by our negligence), Astarr’s aggregate liability for direct losses arising from these Terms or any Order will not exceed the amount paid by you for the Goods giving rise to the claim. Astarr will not be liable for delays or failures to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control (including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government actions, carrier failures, or infrastructure outages). Performance will be suspended for the duration of the event.
