How can I place an order?+
Browse our collection, select your desired products, choose your size, and click “Add to Cart.” Proceed to checkout and complete your payment securely.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, and net banking via secure payment gateways (Razorpay/Stripe). All transactions are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant.
Can I modify or cancel my order?+
Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Once shipped, orders cannot be altered. Contact us immediately at support@astarr.co.in.
What are the shipping charges and delivery times?+
Shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹1500. Standard delivery usually takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location. You will receive tracking details once your order ships.
Do you offer international shipping?+
Currently, we deliver only within India. International shipping options will be introduced soon.
What is your return or exchange policy?+
We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return, visit our Returns Page or contact our support team.
How do I get a refund?+
Once your returned item passes our quality check, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Wallet or COD refunds may be issued via bank transfer.
Do I need an account to shop?+
No, you can shop as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, and access special offers.
